We needed a lot more house than was there, but had restrictions on how much land we could build on. This meant we had to build 2 storey to get the family home we needed.
PEKA PEKA
What an exciting brief: to build a beautifully crafted European feel home, with a feature curved exterior/ interior wall on an elevated site overlooking Kapiti and the ocean.
MARINE PARADE
The energetic owners of this architecturally designed home were retiring to the coast from their rural property and wanted a home that was designed to fulfil every dream they had for a modern and innovative home, for the view and for the family.
WAIKANAE GARDEN
Building on the last section in a well-established area with private driveway, many protected trees, close boundaries, strict building guidelines and a very real need for privacy was no easy project to undertake.
