CONCEPT PLANS DRAUGHTED
Once the concept plans are drawn up, we can estimate the cost based on the plans.
BUILDING & RESOURCE CONSENTS
Plans are submitted to council for building and resource consent, and hopefully all going to plan the council will approve your plans.
BUILDING & MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
Your designer/architect will make a list of specifications to go with the submitted plans. These will include all materials and techniques to be used in the build. Your designer should work with you to get everything exactly as you wish.

PRICE SUBMITTED AND ACCEPTED
We can now price the plans accurately and submit to you our tender/price for completing the work.
REFLECT
There may be some changes made in the plans at this stage to fit within your budget or for any other reasons.
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS
During this time, progress and work is monitored
Variations to structure or materials may occur (any changes will generally result in a cost increase)
Progress payments will be made as milestones (slab, frames, roof etc) are completed or as monthly payments
Building Inspections will be made throughout the build to ensure the construction complies with council codes
FINAL BUILD STAGES
Completion and final inspections for the code compliance certificate
Retentions and remedial work
Final Payment
